Lebron James Makes His Decision!

The pressure must be mounting on this young man to make probably the most important decsion of his life. If you were Lebron James which City would you choose and Why?

1. The Cleveland Cavaliers: Now, the transition would be minimal since Lebron is from Ohio. The Cavaliers can offer him the Max Contract which is what the game is ultimaltey about. Getting Paid! He would also continue to be a hero in his hometown.......

2. The Chicago Bulls: Windy City! The 3rd Largest Market in the USA. Great shopping for Lebron's Girl friend and family. Chicago is also the heart of the Midwest. The Chicago Bulls have a great young nucleus in place to win a NBA title. Phil Knight the CEO of Nike will make Lebron the riches man in shoe deal history if Chicago lands the super star.

3. The Miami Heat: Fun in the Sun would be nice. No Taxes would be great. Hurricanes could be an issue but he can live through that. The night life would be luring to a young Lebron but would he be able to focus on winning a Championship in the Heat?

4. The New York Knicks: Lebron could make all sorts of Cash! And we know Cash can rule! But would he be just another fish in a pond full of big fish already? His focus would be so pulled in so many different directions. Plus if it's a Championshp he wants, it will not happen in the world's greatest City. Sorry New York!

5. The Newark/Brooklyn Nets: Okay! I have a lot of friends from Jersey but who wants to live in Jersey? Not Lebron and not even for 2 years until the team makes its way to Brooklyn. The Nets just don't have the NBA history or interest for Lebron to make the jump.

This Blog is going to be Short and Sweet today! I just wanted to share some thoughts on what I believe we need to do in order to move love forward. In relationships today we tend to fight more than we love. Please! Let's put down the Guns and Bring on the Hugs.....


6 Essential Tips That Will Move Love Forward:

1. Start with Trust! Trust is probably more important than loving. But it must be earned and learned. How do we learn how to trust? Through Life experiences! There's not a better teacher. (Advice is sometimes misleading but examples are always clear)

2. Communication! Listen More and Speak less. You can't learn if you are always talking. Give others your total attention when communicating. Working on your computer while someone is laying their heart on the line is.... NOT GOOD and NOT COMMUNICATING! (Multi-Tasking and Love don't Go together)

3. Stop the Power Struggles! In relationships we sometimes tend to posture against each other on issues we strongly believe in and refuse to give ground. Stop it! Be the bigger person sometimes and come to a conciliatory agreement. Winning is not the goal but a solid understanding of each others beliefs is key. (You're Not At War)

4. Respect Others and Yourself! (Enough Said)

5. Learn How to Love Yourself. If you don't love yourself, you will get a mate who will not love you properly. Take sometime to do a self examination. You can't lie to yourself no matter how hard you try. The truth will reveal itself eventually. (It Going To Be Alright)

6. Start Loving with Your Heart and Your Mind ! The mind is Logical the heart is Emotional. (Combine them Both and get the best of both Worlds)

Life Is Too Short Too Take For Granted!

First of all I would like to thank the hundreds of you who have given me so much positive feedback on my blog page. Some of you have asked; What prompted me to start writing these blog pages? I would honestly have to say "Pain". In life you never know what you have until it's gone! Last year when I lost the ability to walk because of a Spinal Cord Injury, I began to think of all the things I took for granted in life. I realized that the things I thought were most important, were minimized to zero and the preservation of life became the number one focus. So, I say to all of you, thanks so much for your responses to the Blog pages and I will keep them Coming. God Bless!
I just wanted to share a few keys today that will help you move your life forward!

KEYS TO HELP YOU MOVE FORWARD IN LIFE!

1.Tomorrow is not guaranteed. How many times have we lost a loved one who was here one day and gone the next? Tell someone you love them! Go on that Trip you have been putting off. Eat that Pizza or drink that Soda you have been dieting from. Tomorrow is not promised. Live Life Today.

2.Travel the World: I have been blessed to live in other countries outside the USA. There is a big world outside of here. Go see it! Enhance your mindset and learn what other countries have to offer.

3. Have and/or Cherish your Children: They are God's greatest Gift in the World.

4. Live up to your Potential: We all have God Given Talent. Use it and stop wasting time. Take chances in life, be a risk taker. Live your dreams today. Don't be afraid to take steps in life that will enhance your overall well being. Set your mark in society.

5. Volunteer Yourself: Give, Give and More Giving! Giving is one of the Laws of Attraction. If you give, much will be given to you. Read Bible versus Matthew 25:35-46 and gain some important insight on this topic.

6.Mend Broken Arrows: Deal with any internal conflicts you have with yourself over past issues in your life. Make amends with those you have hurt and forgive those who have hurt you. Holding Grudges is Silly. The healing process begins with the inner you. Move forward and live your life.

7. Have Fun! Crack Jokes, Smile, Sing a Song. Life is Long But Too Short!

NOTHING MOVES ME LIKE THE SOUND OF WATER

As I am sitting here listening to Pat Metheny on 365.com radio. I can't help but think about the things that move me in life. Sometimes we can be so serious in our day to day grind of life, that we rarely think about the things that move us from within. I just felt compelled to list a few things that give me true inspiration in life

1. The BIG GOD: Without Him I would not be on this earth today. He moves me in every way.

2 The Lord Again: This time it is Praise and Worship in Church! I Love the emotion that is evoked from the Praise and Worship Team. This where you can "Let go and Let God"!

3.Spending Time With My Family: I Love seeing my family happy. It gives me Joy to see my Children laugh and my wife's face when she gets a new pair of shoes.LOL (Priceless)

4.Being In Love: This great emotion gives Inspiration. A sense of newness and foreverness. This is probably the most intoxicating of them all.

5.Success Stories: There is nothing better than seeing Joy in someone elses happiness. When a person overcomes tremendous obstacles to achieve success, it should make us all happy.

6.The Element of WATER: Water moves me in ways I cannot explain! I can remember sitting on the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea, listening to the tides flow on the White Grainy Sands. And Just thanking God for making something So Beautiful and Pure!

7.Music: There is nothing like listening to Miles Davis Or John Coltrane on a Sunday Afternoon.

8.Sunday Afternoons: If you Live In Chicago. The 63rd Street Beach is the Spot! African Drums are played until the Sun goes down. People of all different Ethnic Groups gather by Lake Michigan to Groove as one. I Love It!
