5 Ways To Keep Your New Years Resolution Alive

We are into the Second Month of the New Year. Do you still have that burning desire to keep that resolution going? Have you stop going to the YMCA after a week of soreness and given up on losing those pounds you promised on New Years Eve?
I know it can be hard to stay on task with your New Years goals but I have below

Five Ways To Keep Your New Years Resolutions Alive:

1. Write Your Goals on Paper: If You Can See It You Can Achieve It! Simple!

2. Goal Placement: Advertise to yourself. Place your goals that you have written, all over your television, computer, bathroom mirror, refrigerator anyplace that you have constant contact with. It will sink into the Sub-Conscious Mind and act as a constant reminder of what you need to accomplish daily.

3. Follow Through: The Money Is Always In The Follow Up: Nothing will ever get done if you don't get started and get it done. So many times people say what they want but never take action. "No Action equals No Reaction".

4. Laser Sharp Focus: You must eliminate all distraction at all cost, if you want to reach your goals and become successful. People often times say they don't have time but will spend 5 hours watching television per day during the week and 16 hour on the weekend. Give your goals at least 2 hour per day. You will be surprised at what you can accomplish!

5. Kill The Dream Killers: Never let anyone tell you what you cannot do! You need to rid yourself of all Haters in your life. Put them in the Bleachers and have them watch the Game. You are on the court playing, trying to be the best you can be. You don't need the home team cheering against You! Keep It Moving and Make it Happen!
